Preferred Qualifications:
- Follow all training instructions to operate machines safely
- Check the dust collection level at the start of the shift
- Confirm the dust collection is on before starting work.
- Follow shift change procedures
- Run a calibration test on the machinery before producing the product.
- When there is no product for an employee to run in their department, it is their responsibility to float up line to assist in producing product down to their department.
- When a bottleneck is created and a department cannot pass on finished parts, they are to seek a supervisor to assist in eliminating the bottleneck.
- Coachable- Able to receive constructive feedback and implement it.
- Observant- Able to identify abnormalities with machinery and parts.
- Team Oriented- Able to work with others to accomplish tasks.
- Good Communication- Able to talk with coworkers and supervisors with respect.
- Good Attendance- Able to show up, on time, for scheduled shifts.
- Organization- Able to maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Problem-Solving- Able to process a problem quickly and know when to get help.
